Cancellations
If for any reason you have to cancel or reschedule, please call us at least 24 hours before your appointment: 704.749.8101 We do not yet have a system for canceling or rescheduling an appointment online. You must call the office. A cancellation or rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in one of the following charges to your credit card or gift certificate:
Due to high demand, cancellations in December, February, and May are charged the full price of the session. These are considered holiday months and scheduling is very tight. No-Show If a client cannot come in and does not contact us before the scheduled time, they will be charged the full amount for the service. Gift Certificates Federal Gift Card Laws All gift certificates expire 5 years from the date of purchase. In 2009, President Obama signed the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act (a.k.a. CARD Act) into law. This law, which mostly deals with consumer protection from credit card companies, also included new rules for gift cards. The law provides that gift cards cannot expire within five years from the date they were last activated. Inactivity Fee All gift certificates that are inactive will be charged a inactivity fee of $8.75 per year of inactivity Promotional Gift Certificates All Gift Certificates that are obtained free by a promotion, a give away or raffle expire 6 months If obtained in December and 4 moths if obtained in February from the date of when it became active. No exceptions. All giveaways expire June 25th Minors and Massage According to North Carolina law, all minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in the massage room. If you would like to massage a massage at the same time then you would have to book a couples massage. All minors 16 to 18 must have parental consent. The parent or legal guardian of both minors would have to come in a head of time with a valid ID and to fill out paper work. |
