Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)
This long-term therapy corrects postural imbalances and chronic pain related to those imbalances. What to Expect
Your therapist will first conduct a thorough tissue examination in order to confirm the root cause(s) of a client’s pain and to determine what techniques will be most effective. Because the nervous and musculoskeletal systems are so enmeshed, tension in certain muscles can cause pain in completely different areas of the body.

Following the examination, your therapist will use area-specific pressure therapy to manipulate problem tissues.

After the session, we recommend that clients drink water to help flush metabolic waste worked out of the soft tissue.
