  • Screening staff members before every shift (temperature, symptoms, etc.)
  • Wearing masks at all times
  • Maintaining rigorous hand washing / sanitation procedures
  • Cleaning and sanitizing massage table protectors with EPA-registered disinfectants after every session
  • Regularly disinfecting contact surfaces in common areas and bathroom
  • Disinfecting floors every day
 Please help us by:
•  Adhering to a short (written) screening upon arrival 
•  Respecting social distancing practices
•  Using hand sanitizer (available in the common areas)
•  Wearing face masks upon arrival and in common areas

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please call us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee: 704.749.8101
A no-show will result in a full charge. A cancellation, or rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment time will result in a charge of $30  for a 1/2-hour and for a  1-hour massage (per person), $45 for a 1.5-hour massage,( per person)  and $60 for a 2-hour massage (per person). This charge will be made to your credit card or gift certificate on file.  During our high-volume months of December, February, and May, cancellation fee is full price of your session. To read our full policies, please click here.
