Kinesiology Tape

​We believe that correct taping can...

• Help reduce pressure to the tissue, thus reducing pain
• Support muscles by keeping them from over-extending or contracting
• Decompress fascia, allowing lymphatic fluid to more rapidly remove waste products, cellular debris, and bacteria

This is often an ideal add-on for Sports massages or NMT and can be especially beneficial for athletic training.

Cupping Therapy

​One or more cups are applied to targeted problem areas during a massage session. Once applied, the cups are left on the skin for approximately 3 minutes or moved along the muscle group as a method of deep tissue work.

How it works:

1. The cup's suction expands and bursts the capillaries in that area
2. To heal the "injury", the body increases blood flow to that spot
3. More blood flows through the problem tissue beneath the affected skin, thus aiding muscle recovery 

We believe that cupping can often help...

• Relieve acute muscle pain (especially in the neck or back)
• Relieve discomfort from stiff muscles
• Migraines and headaches
• Improve symptoms of poor blood flow
